Mr Sudarmo is an Associate Professor in the Departement of Public Administration, Universitas Sebelas Maret, and past director of the Master in Public Administration program. His work focuses explicitly on governance and the development of the governance theory, e.g., collaborative governance, social capital, and community governance.
Furthermore, the results of his works has appeared in some international journals such as Pertanika Journals of Social Sciences and Humanities, Sociology Study, and International Journal of Law, Government and Communication. His interest in governance brings him to create and produce several books about governance theory, such as “Governance: From Problem Recognition to Public Decision Making,” “Policy Implementation and Networks in Governance,” and “Dynamics of Governance Cultural and Structural Obstacles in Public Decision Making.”
He completed a PhD in Public Policy at the Flinders University and held prior degrees from Murdoch University and Universitas Gadjah Mada
