Agusniar Rizka Luthfia is Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Administration, Universitas Sebelas Maret. She completed her Master’s degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, majoring in Public Administration and currently finishing her PhD at Goethe University Frankfurt.  She is also an active member of the Indonesian Association for Public Administration and GRADE (Goethe Research Academy for Early Career Researchers).

Her research mostly focuses on public administration. Her works has published in some national journals such as Journal of Rural and Development, Jurnal Administrasi Kebijakan, Jurnal Penamas Adi Buana, Bakti Cendana, and Abadimas Adi Buana. She also actively shares her opinion on local and national newspapers such as Radar Sulteng and Suara Merdeka.
