The works of the Human Governance Based Public Service Research Group focus on endorsing the reforms in public policies and public management, especially those related to the rights of children, women, the poor and the disabled to obtain qualified, just and humane public services
Dialectica Governance
This research group have several research focuses, namely, governance of street vendors, governance of prostitution, conflict resolution-community governance and collabotrative governance, remuneration and achievement/performance, moslemn and non-moslem relations
Local Government
This research group focuses largely on inter-govermental relations to synergize all stakeholders of local government, society empowerment to balance the interaction between stakeholders, particularly from society aspect; and public accountability; from planning to evaluation on local government issues
E-Government
The topic of this research group particularly stress on the development of e-government in Indonesia. Furthermore, this research group focuses on several issues that is: creating a model for electronic government adoption in Indonesia; modelling for the adoption of innovation information system in Indonesia; creating a tool to measure and predict the effectiveness of e-government in Indonesia; and creating a software to predict the successfullness of the adoption of innovation in Indonesia
