Welcome to Public Administration Study Program. Our study program is a part of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sebelas Maret. Located in Surakarta, which was declared the most livable city in Indonesia and the heart of Javanese Culture provides a fascinating learning experience and a healthy balance between academic and leisure time for every student while completing their academic life in the Study Program.
This program prepares graduates to be professional public administrators, public policy analysts, as well as public administration researchers and scholars. Furthermore, the program is equipped with experienced faculty who are nationally and internationally known for their research in public administration and public policy. They also became experts in several policy studies, including gender mainstreaming, disability, e-government, poverty reduction, social justice, rural development, governance, zakat, and many more.
In 2016, the program obtained an ‘A’ score from National Accreditation Body for University, and we are now working on the next cycle of accreditation. The achieved score also indicates our integrity and sincerity to provide a good education for the students. Finally, the professional faculties with multidisciplinary skills and good education quality make us more than ready to provide excellent learning experiences for every student.
