Asal Wahyuni Erlin Mulyadi is the Head of Bachelor of Public Administration program in the Department of Public Administration, Universitas Sebelas Maret. She holds a doctorate in Management and Public Policy from Universitas Gadjah Mada and has become an expert on social equity, educational policy, and health policy. Her works are published in journals such as the International Journal of Administrative Science & Organization, Journal Vaccine, Policy and Governance Review.

Not just teaches in classes as a lecturer; she also performs some practical experiences In her career, including a team member of the Replication for Public Service at the Indonesia Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform, Reviewer for Journal of Public and Governance Review, Editorial Team of Natapraja Journal, and Expert Member of Rotavirus Surveillance at the Indonesia Ministry of Health. She is also an active member of the Indonesian Association for Public Administration (IAPA) and the Indonesia Social Justice Network (ISJN).
