Mr Rino Ardhian Nugroho is Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration, Universitas Sebelas Maret and the Head of International Office Universitas Sebelas Maret. He holds a PhD in Electronic Government from The University of Queensland and was a research fellow at National Sun Yat-Sen University (2020) and The University of Queensland (2015).
His research and teaching are focused on electronic government and innovation in government. He teaches several courses related to his interests and expertise, such as digital governance, social research method, research analysis in the quantitative and qualitative approach, statistic for social science, and corporate management for the public sector.
In order to enrich his capabilities, skills, and knowledge, he also takes some professional training and workshops. In 2012 and 2014, he took a professional statistical course on multivariate analysis and applied structural modelling using AMOS held by the Australian Consortium for Social and Political Research Incorporated (ACSPRI). In 2017, he also took a short online course on EDx about digital governance provided by TU Delft.
He also became an advisor/consultant for some local governments in Indonesia during his career life, especially on their e-government process. Since 2017 he is a member of the Surakarta Smart City Council, and he also has been acted as a technical assistant for Magelang City E-Market Policy.
