Mrs Tiyas Nur Haryani is Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Administration, Universitas Sebelas Maret. Tiyas got both her Master’s and bachelor’s from Universitas Sebelas Maret, majoring in Public Administration.

Her research focuses on the gender perspective in development policy and public service management. She also has practical experience during her career as a lecturer by becoming a local regulation reviewer on the Official Script Structure of the Government of Surakarta. Some of her works can be found in several national journals, such as Jurnal Perempuan, Jurnal Habitus, Jurnal Administrasi Publik, dan Jurnal Administrasi Negara.
